Can I enroll my company or agency in SPG Pro to earn Starpoints?

No, SPG Pro offers individual memberships only.

I am not a professional meeting planner but am responsible for booking and planning one or more meetings per year. Am I eligible to receive Starpoints for my meetings?

Yes, any SPG Member who books an Eligible Event with a SPG Participating Hotel is eligible to receive Starpoints for the event as outlined in the signed contract.

What do I receive when I book an eligible event?

Any SPG Pro member who books an Eligible Event with an SPG Participating Hotel is eligible to receive Starpoints for the event as outlined in the signed contract. An SPG Pro member also earns one (1) Eligible Night toward earning elite status for every 20 room nights that are booked and paid for in connection with the Eligible Event at an SPG Participating Hotel. A maximum of 20 Eligible Nights can be earned for each Eligible Event. Once the Eligible Event occurs and the bill is paid in full, the Starpoints and Eligible Nights will be posted to the SPG Pro member's account.

When will I receive my Starpoints for an eligible event?

This can take approximately 3-4 weeks depending on the accounting practices of the hotel. Please contact your Starwood Sales Associate with whom you signed the contract to check on the status of your Starpoints.

I've not received Starpoints for an eligible event that occurred at the hotel more than a month ago. The bill has been paid in full. What should I do?
